Ultrasound report shos; Urinary bladder wall shows signs of cystitis.Post void residual urin is within normal limit. Uterus is normal in size &shows an intramural myoma of 10 mm in dia at posterior wall of the uterus. Liver is normal in size, homogeneous parenchyma echo pattern.one echogenic SOL of 26 mm seen at posterior,lower part of liver,suggestive of an hemangioma. |
re: burning when pass urin and pain in lower patr of liver.

Dear Mrs Sahu You have three different pathology and there is no correlation between these three. You should not be worried about your 10 mm fibroid in posterior wall of uterus and nothing to worry about hemangioma but regular followup of the size is necessary. For cystitis and UTI you should get one culture and sensitivity test done and according to the sensitivity report appropriate antibiotic should be started. With regard Nidhi |
