The uterus is bulky. Endometrial plate is distorted. No definite adnexan mass. Pod is obliteneted by the uterine mass. Approximate diameter of uterus is 88mm.pls I need ur advice on what to do bcos have been trying to conceive for about 6 months now. Am 35yrs old |

Dear Madam You need Laparoscopic Myomectomy. This fibroid is distorting your endometrial lining and if you will delay the surgery it may start obliterating the uterine cavity. With regard Nidhi |
