Dear Madam For CKD patients the treatment of UTI is difficult because few of the very effective antibiotics can not be given. You should consult a Urologist and based upon your culture and sensitivity report a suitable antibiotic can be administered. The treatment has to be continued for little long time then usual. Because we dont have any of your report so at this time we can not give you any further advice. With regard Nidhi |

Dear Nitesh It is very important to treat Urinary tract infection. If it is left untreated the infection can spread up to the kidney which can trigger sepsis. This happens when your body becomes overwhelmed trying to fight infection.Symptoms include extreme pain and issues with body temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate, and white blood cell count |
