Ovarian cyst

There is a ovarian cyst in my body which of 12x9x7 cm attached to the right adnexal region. Its a dermoid or ovarian mass cyst. My uterus had been removed 14 years back. Doctor suggested to remove both the ovaries with the cyst immediately. I want to know if laproscopy is possible in such a case or i have to go for a open surgery |

Dear Mrs Lalitha Laparoscopic Oophorectomy is a very good option in your case. Open surgery is not required. You have faster recovery less pain and no scar if you will go for laparoscopic surgery. With regard Nidhi |
