Need good advice on these scan results. I am 45 years want to have a baby soon Uterus bulky (195.0X115.1X191.4) multiple hypoechoic intramural mases dispersed randomly throughout the myometrium, cervix normal. mass1 (128X104 intramural lateral right wall, mass2 (83X66)mmsubserosal fundal right adjacent to liver,mass3 (86X73mm) subserosal left lateral wall lower segment, mass4 (116X91mm) intramural left lateral wall, mass5 (117X94mm) intramural anterior wall |

Dear Samaira, As they grow larger they can cause pressure on nearby organs or pain due to their size. Submucosal fibroids grow just underneath the uterine lining and can crowd into the uterine cavity, leading to heavy bleeding and other more serious complications. These are the rarest type of fibroid. |
