Dear Sir, Below is the report of my HSG Please advice what should I do. Uterus: Well defined with contrast.no evidence of filling defect Falopian tubes: Right tube is normàl and shows contrast spillage inti peritoneal cavity.left tube is not visualised Impression Left tubal obstruction |

Dear Lavanya, You should get Laparoscopic Tubal Recanalization surgery done to remove the obstruction in fallopian tube. We can also perform Diagnostic Laparoscopy to see if there is any other problem. With regard Nidhi |
