Dear Kavita, You need to get fibroid removed by surgical process only. You can get Laparoscopic Myomectomy done to remove fibroids. You may come to World Laparoscopy with your reports for further consultant. Witj regards Nidhi |

I Am 30 yrs old just got married about 4 month.I went for pregnancy test and was discovered I have fibroid. the uterus is very bulky AP 90mm and lobulated, with an irregular serosal outline and a non uniform myometrial echo texture. it contains multiple intra mural and sub serous fibroids ranging in size from 24mm to 57mm in diameters. the endometrial plate is distorted. no evidence of cyesis seen. both adnexae are free. no ovarian cyst or adnexal mass seen. the pod is free of fluid. pls I need reply since I want to conceive. Dear Evelyn As endometrial plate is distorted you should get laparoscopic myomectomy done. After laparoscopic myomectomy you chance to get normal pregnancy will be better. Please get laparoscopic myomectomy done by a surgeon who has good experience of doint this surgery otherwise you can come to World laparoscopy hospital to get this surgery done.
