Operation to correct a twisted testicle

Some years ago I had a operation to correct a twisted testicle. I think everything was ok. As many of us do I had a ritual of showering every morning and one morning after the Operation I got up and showerd half asleep, once I put shampoo on my balls and I felt immense pain I woke up very fast but the damage was done, I have been having some pain ever since, a burning feeling, I believe that some concentrated shampoo got into my cut and remained in my balls sack after the cut healed. I and my wife have been together for years and we are unable to have kids, Ive had tests and sperm count is low. I dont recall the number. I am concerned that my body is unable to clean this impurity out on its own and that it is interfering with my fertility. I think I may need some kind of medicall procedure maybe even a operation to flush this stuff out. I think once this is out my body may be able to heal the internal damage caused by the ingredients of the shampoo. I also have phases where I dont feel the pain and then others where I really feel it. I talked to a dr once about this but he didnt really take me serious and claimed the body would naturally remove this. Im not sure what to do. I do not believe that I am imagining this pain since the tests confirm low sperm count and I have the pain even when im not thinking about it. |
