Hi, I wish to know if surgery/radiation is only option for my mother. Following is her report at the bottom of this email from Tata Cancer hospital. If surgery is best option, can you please suggest some good hospital for robotic surgery in mumbai and approximate cost if possible. Thank you so much. Jay. Report Impression 1)Endocervical curettage, 2)Endometrial curettage Both biopsies show moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma. On immunohistochemistry , the tumour cells are positive fro ER (80% of tumour cells show strong intensity, staining) while negative for vimentin. The immunoprofile favour an endometrioid phenotype. |

Dear Jay, Surgery is the only option. Thankfully the best cancer hospital is situated in Mumbai itself named Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital. You should definately consult a Oncosurgeon for the surgery. With regards Nidhi |

Dear Deep, Early warning signs of uterine cancer could be: -Unusual vaginal discharge that does not have signs of blood. -Difficult or painful urination. -Pain during intercourse. - Pain and/or a mass in the pelvic area. |
