my sis had a none gravid mild bulky anteverted uterus measuring about 90mm×70mm×85mm (L×AP×T) is noted with inhomogenous myometrial echo-texture. uterine outline inconsistent and of border irregularity. within the central cavity is a solid hypoechoic mass. features suggestive submucous Myoma measuring about 67mm×75mm (L×B) not intra or extra uterine gestation seen. No retained product of conception. MIld echo free fluid is noted within the culdesac, indicative of PID... no cyesis, mild PID.... HVS M/C/S ADVISED |

You need Laparoscopic Hysteroscopic Myomectomy. You should consult a good gynaecologist who can perform hysterectomy alternately you can come to World Laparoscopy Hospital for the surgery. With regards Nidhi |

Dear Doctor I have gone through an ultrasound for my abnormal bleeding. The ultrasound states that I have 2 cm fibroid in my uterus. What do I need to do please advise me?? |

Dear Niti As your fibroid is causing you symptom it should get rid of laparoscopic myomectomy. But we need to see your report. You also need to send us your age. |
