I am 31 years old, I have only one testicle by birth. Can I become a father, my semen analysis report is below Quantity= 2ml Reaction=pH8.0 Sperm count= 16 million/cumm Viable sperms=60% Motility (Grade I) sperms with rapid=30% (Grade II) sperms with slow=40% (Grade III) Non progressive motility=20% (Grade IV) Immotile spermatozoa=10% Pus cell=6-8/hpf please check my report and suggest. |

Dear Piyush, You have to consult one Andrologist to improve your sperm count. It is possible to become father with one testicle also but you need to have proper treatment. With regards Nidhi |
