Dear Samual James TEP hernia repair sometime has these complication. you had few short term complication like subcutaneous emphysema and bruise and pain. Your these symptoms are now over as it is 1 year now. Present symptoms of constant nausea, reflux etc is probable due to obstructive features of recent ventral hernia which you have developed. Please get one contrast CT done to rule out any obstruction. The complete diagnosis is only possible if we examine the patient. You should consult a local gastroenterologist or if possible you may come to World Laparoscopy Hospital. With regard Dr Nidhi |
