Pelvic Ultrasound: Uterus Anteverted position.Uterus measures 8.4x6.1x5.6cm with slight heterogeneous echogenicity and a single 1.4x1.0cm fibroid in the myometrium of the fundus of the uterus. The endometrium complex measures 2.3cm and shows no free fluid or echogenic parts. The Ovaries are normal in size with follicular cysts or masses: The right Ovaries measures: 2.3x1.7cm, Left ovaries measures: 2.8x1.7cm. The cul-de-sac shoes a small amount of free fluid, most likely due to ruptured ovarian cyst. CONCLUSION: Normal size uterus for patient's age, with a single 3.2x3.0x2.0cm. fibroid in the myometrium of the fondus of the uterus. Small amount of free fluid, most likely due to ruptured ovarian cyst. No evidence of inflammatory Disease. Please.... i have been trying to get pregnant with my husband but its not happening. Can you help me out. Please do reply. What do i do????? |

Dear Madam You have not mentioned your age but that much small fibroid is generally not the cause of infertility. You need to check the status of your tube and hormone level to know why you are not getting pregnant. With regard Dr Nidhi |
