Hi dr mera naam anu hai mai 24 yrs ki hu avi meri shadi ko six month huye hai shadi ke pehle mujhe irregular period aatey they to gynaecologist ko dikhaya tha os time se dr ki suggestion se feminine 21 days tablet le rahi thi or sadi k baad lena band kar diya to esse 3 mahine tak period nahi aaya to jach jarwane par thyroid main problem baraya dr ne to avi thyroid ki dawa le rahi hoon .. To esme mujhe pregnant hone main paresani hogi kya plz reply |

Dear Anu Ranapaly If you will keep the level of thyroid at normal range then it will not create any problem in pregnancy. Sub-clinical hypothyroidism can sometimes cause infertility and miscarriages and is, thus, usually treated in women of childbearing age that desire to become pregnant. In addition, both men and women with untreated thyroid disease often have decreased sexual desire (libido). |

Dear Sanju, The symptoms may include: -Fatigue. -Increased sensitivity to cold. -Constipation -Dry skin. -Weight gain. -Puffy face. -Hoarseness. -Muscle weakness. |
