Would like to ask you l had mymomectomy in the past . So l feel terrible pains l had discharge sometimes but l went to the doctor feels my tummy they said l got big fibroids but they said to me l should have my womb out l said no because l don't l don't know where fibroids are in my womb. I thought l was pregnant l wish l was l really happy but my fibroids come back.l missed my periods last two and a half years ago.l thought l had any chances to get pregnant. Would you please help me should change my diets. Thank you very much |

Dear Sharon First of all you need to go for the some investigation to find out the position of the fibroid? What is the size of the fibroid? I also want to know your age, what is your obstetric history?? Which type of myomectomy you have gone through was it an open or laparoscopic or hysteroscopic?? Then we can come to a decision what can be done, can we remove the fibroid only or we need to the take the uterus out. So i will suggest you to go for ultrasound and send us the report. |

Dear Pooja, The causes could be: -Mensuration -Pregnancy -Endometriosis -Bacterial vaginosis (BV) -Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) -Cervical cancer. |
