I have Uterine Fibroids & Right Ovarian Cyst. I am 30 yrs old & married. I just did a scan and the result read: "Bulky, empty cavity, normal endometrial thickness. it contains multiple intramural & submucous fibroids, largest of which measures 21x15mm, posterior wall, 16x14mm, Left lateral wall. There is an anechoic thick walled multisepated cystic mass measuring 51x39mm within the right ovary, the left ovary is seen and normal." |

Dear Mrs Jain, Laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery is required in your case to remove intramural and submucous myoma. At the same session laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy can also be performed. In my opinion you should get surgery done and then after only your chances of getting conceived will be more. With regard Dr R K Mishra |

Sir meri mummy ki age 35 year h unko bachedani me gath h 11mm ki h to vo bhut paresan h ki bina opretion k gath khtam nhi ho sakti... Dear Shubham Aap ki mummy ki gath ka size bahut choti hain, ish k liye aapko surgery ki jaroorat nahi hain. Agar koi symptoms dekh the hain toh jaise jyada pet dard, irregular bleeding then you need to consult a gynecologist nahi toh ish size k gath k liye you dont need to go for the surgery. with regards Dr Rahul |
