Dear Mehru

You are having a problem of multiple fibroids. Uterine fibroids are very common non-cancerous (benign) growths that develop in the muscular wall of the uterus.
The fibroid are of medium size, i want to know the age of the patient, marriage history of the patient. After knowing this history we can plan for the surgery. Laparoscopic myomectomy can be planned. If her age is more and her family is complete than she can go for removal of the uterus.
