Hello Dr, This is Mrs kaur. It was a nice talking with You, today. I am so confuse about my health as well as my fertility issues. Please find attached all the photos during my last surgery. Please have a look at them and advise us accordingly. Please note my history as follow. I am 35 year old. I am married 3 year. In 2014 my back ache started and in November 2014 my doctor, recommends me an ultra sound, through which it was diagnosed that, I have a cyst in my one ovary. On 22 November they operated me immediately as they think it was a twisted cyst. During my surgery, it was further diagnose that I am suffering from Endometrsis level -4. After surgery, I have consulted other doctor, Further, He reccomanded me to take zoladex in the form of tablet continusally for three months. In April 2015, I met an Endometrsis specialist, he stop us from taking any tablets and advice not to take any medicine and decided to do a further surgery for removing Endometrsis. So again I have undergone my second surgery on 2nd November 2015. During this surgery they try to free my organs like tube, ovaries etc and they remove 8 cm cyst in one ovary as well as 5 cms. They try to pass dye from my both tubes, which can't be passed. So they diagnosis further that, my both tubes are not working. Now they advice us to meet some fertility specialist. So we have met fertility specialist and they advice us for another surgery to remove by both tubes and than go for an Ivf. This is my current major problem As per my past history, in childhood my parents told me that I suffer with cold and cough. But as I grow older, my this problem vanished. During 2007, I was suffer with jaundice and in 2008 with dengue. I have done few more blood test and my latest internal-scan which I am also forwarding to you. Please provide me total cost of IVF. Kindly give me advice. |

Dear Vineeta Kaur After seeing all the report we came to conclusion that you have only option left is IVF. If you will get your salpingectomy done IVF will be more successful. We do agree that if your tubes are of no use they should be removed. Especially because if there is fluid in them, it is lethal to an embryo. With regard Dr R K Mishra |
