Uterine cavity is well opacified..no fillings defects seen. Both fallopian tubes are opacified..right fallopian tube appears dilated at fimbrial end..early peritoneal spill is seen on both sides.....impression-right hydrosalphinx..however early spill seen |

The HSG report is incorrect 50% of the times. Best advice for you is to go for Diagnostic Laparoscopy with Tubal patency Test. If fimbrial block is found it can be operated and Fimbrioplasty can be done at the same time. Please attend our OPD at WLH for more information. |
