HSG results are:

Endometrial cavity is normal in size with small filling defect in the lower endometrial cavity. Both the fallopian tubes are opacified, showing moderate dilatation in distal parts(more on right side), suggesting hydrosalpinx. No spillage of contrast seen on either side. Venous intravasation of contrast is seen is pelvic veins.

Please suggest will it be normal to conceive?

Your HSG report suggest that your fallopian tubes are blocked. It can be confirmed either by doing Lap. and Dye test or by doing Diagnostic Hysteroscopy with Chromopertubation. For normal conception patent tubes is must.

Please elaborate

Normal uterine contours
Normal cervix
Initially right hydrosapix noted
Delayed view : Bilateral spillage

Comment : Bileteral spillage

Dear Tamara
A hydrosalpinx is a distally blocked fallopian tube filled with serous or clear fluid. The report also state that there is a bilateral spillage but in this type of condition you need to go for the diagnostic laparoscopy for further evaluation of the tube and better diagnostic.
