Desperate for help for my husband. 63 year old, had a perforated ulcer in 1980. The surgeon did an emergency operation, total trunkal vagotomy, pyloroplasty. He suffered from extreme dumping syndrome for many years and other side effects such as hyper and hypoglycemia. Still suffers from severe bloating and cramp. Had gall bladder removed? Also has Scoliosis and asthma. He has been to several doctors in South Africa (where we were born) and in Orange County, California, where we have lived for the past 20 years. He also has diastasis recti from the ops.

I have discussed your case with our consultant. To control dumping syndrome please ask your husband to eat six to eight small meals daily to avoid eating too much at a time. Have a protein food with each meal and snack such as meat, poultry, fish, eggs, milk, cheese, yogurt, nuts, tofu, or peanut butter.
Do not drink liquids with meals. Your husband's problem of Rectus Divertication can be solved by laparoscopic surgery. You are requested to come to our hospital and consult Dr. R.K. Mishra. If it is difficult to come, you can opt for online consultation.

Dear Sir

This is Rakib Ahmed from Bangladesh. My Baby Girl ( age -9.5 years ) has been suffering from Gall Stone ( size is 4.5mm) and this stone has been identified 4 weeks back ( 29th September 2020) but complaining about her liver pain from 6 weeks. Now she complains of Moderate levels of Pain sometimes high and reduced by painkiller tablets. After Ultrasonography this has been identified.
Summary of UltraSound report :

Gall Bladder: "Appears well define normal in Size, Wall Thickness is within normal limit. SINGLE BRIGHT ECHOGENIC STRUCTURE (4.5mm) CASTING DISTAL ACOUSTIC SHADOW IS SEEN IN LUMEN OF THE GALLBLADDER"
IMPRESSION: Cholelithiasis

We have consulted with Pediatric Surgeon in Bangladesh and suggested for conservative treatment of 6 weeks after that they will decide for further treatment either go for laparoscopy surgery or not
I need your suggestion and guidance on this for further treatment.

if you need further information please let me know
