My wife was suffering from Cronic ectopic pregnancy from the past 2 months. We basically situated in Rawatbhata, Chittorgarh. And in the earlier case, her treatment started local private Hospitals, but that doctor was unable to know the case and did D&C after the D&C still my wife was suffering from Heavy bleeding and clotting issues and Pain. Then again we go to that doctor and she again did D&C after 15 days of 1st D&C, but still the clotting and bleeding didn't stop þhan she refers us to Kota, Rajasthan. In this lockdown, it's too difficult to reach Kota. Although we reached in Kota and admit my wife to A good private Hospital. They told us that this is the case of chronic ectopic Pregnancy and operate her on 13th May 2020. But sir after 13 days of operation still my wife still has bleeding and clotting problems with pain. I had seen your Video on Cronic Ectopic Pregnancy, that's why I contact you. Sir, can you consult us..? You are my last hope. Due to lockdown its impossible to be in your hospital. But I am trying to get a lockdown pass. Meanwhile I wanna know that is this normal to bleeding and clotting with pain after 14 days of Surgery of Cronic ectopic pregnancy? |

Dear Ritesh You did not mention that surgery for ectopic pregnancy was performed by open or laparoscopy. If it was laparoscopic management of ectopic pregnancy I would like to see the video of surgery. In my opinion if surgery is done well the bleeding is due to D&C but not due to surgery of ectopic pregnancy. I would advise you to get one recent ultrasonography done so that we can get the idea of a complete cure of ectopic. It will also give some idea of any intrauterine clot or any other abnormality. At present you should treat the patient conservatively under the supervision of a gynecologist. If it is required blood transfusion should also be done. As far as our help is concerned you can come to our hospital anytime. We are working even in this COVID 19 Pandemic. |
