Hi, My wife had HSG test 2 days. She already had a ectopic pregnancy and due to that her right fallopian tune has been removed. And the left fallopian tube report is as follows, please help me with the meaning:

1. The left fallopian tube appear in normal in morphology and calibre. There is faint delayed spill of contrast noted in left side.

2. The endometrial cavity appears normal in shape and contour. There are no filling defects noted.

3. No peri procedural complications

Please can someone explain what is the meaning of this report.
