Please kindly interprete the hsg result for me It states: the cervical canal is regular in outline The uterine cavity is normal in shape and capacity.there is no intracavitary filling defect seen Both fallopian tubes appear normal in calibre.there is loculated and irregular streaks of intraperitoneal contrast spillage from both fallopian tubes .delayed radiograph shows persistent intraperitoneal contrast medium Conclusion: features are consistent with bilateral patent fallopian tubes with pelvic adhesions. Reply:- Report suggests patent fallopian tubes with sone adhesions in pelvis |

My both tubes are blocked what should i do? Reply:- there are a many implicit options you could explore, if you have been diagnosed with blocked fallopian tubes. Then are some possible options to consider Medical intervention Depending on the cause and inflexibility of the blockage, your croaker might recommend specifics or procedures aimed at freeing the fallopian tubes. This could involve specifics to address infections or inflammation, or surgical procedures similar as laparoscopic surgery or hysteroscopic surgery to remove the blockage. In vitro fertilization( IVF) If the fallopian tubes can not be unblocked or if other treatments are unprofitable, IVF may be an option. IVF involves reacquiring eggs from the ovaries, fertilizing them with sperm in a laboratory, and also transferring the performing embryos into the uterus. This bypasses the need for the fallopian tubes and can increase the chances of achieving gestation. Surgery In some cases, if the blockage is severe or if other treatments have not been successful, your croaker may recommend surgery to repair or reconstruct the fallopian tubes. still, this isn't always possible or successful, and it depends on the individual situation. |
